Exchange
Exchange from articles by The Outdoor Firm are possible within 7 working days after purchase date in
the original packaging intact. Exchange is only possible on presentation of the original purchase
receipt clearly showing the purchase date is displayed. The costs of return are for the buyer, except a
right to appeal to the 'not good money back' scheme. The Outdoor Firm will, in case of dissolution
within 14 days after the date of receipt of the return paid back pay.
In the case of exchange items which have been purchased at The Outdoor Firm, the costs for
administration and shipping costs to the United Kingdom will be € 10,00 for each new delivery.
Of exchange are excluded: specially ordered articles.
Exchange of clearance items
Exchange from by The Outdoor Firm purchased clearance items may be returned within 3 business
days after purchase date in the original packaging intact. Exchange is only possible on presentation
of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date is displayed. The cost of return are
for the buyer. In case of exchange of clearance items will not reimburse.The buyer would then have
the opportunity for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, buy another article at
The Outdoor Firm. In this case, the cost of shipment are for the buyer.
